Field Service Representative in a Box (FSRiaB) is a slimmed down version of the I.T.E. that does not include the WebGL builds. It is designed to empower users with easily accessible training and troubleshooting resources. FSRiaB offers desktop and Android versions, which come pre-installed on workstations and MCH tablets. Upon launching the FSRiaB application, users can engage with its HTML5-based menu system to access a range of valuable materials, including lessons/assessments (exclusive to the desktop version), checklists, quick reference videos, and documentation. Additionally, the FSRiaB desktop app incorporates a C#-based local web server component that is seamlessly integrated into the application, facilitating the delivery of content to users.
